Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of the Terms
Participation in the Grappa Ultra Trail implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as of any specific regulations for the individual races and of the provisions communicated by the Organisers before the event. Registration and payment of the fee are considered full agreement with these conditions.
2. Definitions
In these Terms:
- "Organiser" means the Consorzio Turistico Vivere il Grappa and all parties involved in organising the event.
- "Participant" means the natural person who has completed the online registration and met the requirements to take part in the race.
- "Event" means the Grappa Ultra Trail and all activities connected to it.
3. Registration and Entry Fees
3.1. Registration for the event is valid only after completing the online procedure and paying the entry fee. 3.2. The fee is non-refundable in the event of the Participant's withdrawal, unless a different refund policy is stated by the Organisation before payment.
4. Participation Requirements
4.1. Participants declare that they are in good physical health and that they have reviewed the difficulty of the route, the elevation gain and the technical conditions of the trail before registering. 4.2. Participation is at one's own risk. The Organiser cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, material or personal damage that may occur during the event, before, during or after the race itself. 4.3. It is the Participant's responsibility to obtain adequate information on the routes and the expected weather conditions.
5. Risks and Safety
5.1. The race may take place in adverse weather conditions. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, shorten or cancel the routes whenever deemed necessary for the safety of the Participants. 5.2. It is the Participant's duty to comply with all instructions provided on signage, by support staff and in the specific race regulations.
6. Limitations of Liability
The Organiser is not liable for:
- loss, damage or theft of Participants' personal belongings;
- loss of opportunity, lost earnings or other indirect damages suffered in connection with participation in the Event.
7. Personal Data Protection
The data collected during the registration process will be processed in accordance with the applicable personal data protection legislation and with the Privacy Policy published on the website.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the grappaultratrail.com website (texts, trademarks, photographs and digital materials) is protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use of such materials without the written consent of the Organiser is prohibited.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Organiser reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, giving prompt notice to Participants by publication on the official website.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute relating to their interpretation, performance or validity, the Court of Vicenza (Italy) or another court provided for by the applicable law shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
